1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jiji1 ("jiji1," "we," "us," "the Company"), operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiji1.org (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any service offered by jiji1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any supplementary policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

jiji1 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government authority regulating gambling activities in the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms limits or overrides the requirements imposed by PAGCOR or any applicable Philippine law. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable law or PAGCOR regulations, the applicable law and PAGCOR regulations shall prevail.

2Eligibility and Jurisdictional Restrictions

To register a jiji1 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement under Philippine gambling law enforced by PAGCOR. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately and permanently closed, and any remaining balance will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jiji1 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jiji1, its affiliates, or any game provider whose content appears on the Platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded from jiji1 or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator through a self-exclusion program or regulatory exclusion order.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

You may maintain only one (1) account on jiji1. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiji1 username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your account. jiji1 will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, SMS, or email. Any unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials is your responsibility. You agree to notify jiji1 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 KYC Verification

jiji1 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as UMID, driver's license, passport, or the PhilSys National ID) and a recent selfie. jiji1 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawals.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jiji1 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered GCash, Maya, or bank account subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

jiji1 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for all supported payment methods. jiji1 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which jiji1 accepts no liability.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension, reversal of funds, and a report to PAGCOR.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically clear within 5–30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically arrive within 30 minutes to 3 hours. jiji1 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

jiji1 reserves the right to impose additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jiji1 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiji1 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred by your payment provider are not the responsibility of jiji1.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jiji1 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these general Terms, the promotional terms take precedence for the relevant promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your jiji1 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion details. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds are not withdrawable. jiji1 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated expiry period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the terms of any jiji1 promotion — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, structured wagering designed to generate low-risk returns, or coordinated play — constitutes bonus abuse. jiji1 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse any winnings associated with abuse, and permanently close accounts engaged in such activity.

5.4 Bonus Restrictions

jiji1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any promotion already actively claimed by a Player and subject to ongoing wagering will be honored to completion under the original terms.

6Games, Betting Rules, and RNG Certification

6.1 Game Availability

jiji1 offers JILI slot games, live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger), sports betting, PAGCOR-authorized e-sabong, online bingo, and specialty games. Game availability may vary by product update, scheduled maintenance, or regulatory requirement. jiji1 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the Platform at any time.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All jiji1 slot games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published on game information pages reflect certified long-term statistical averages. RNG certification is maintained by independent testing laboratories approved by PAGCOR. jiji1 does not manipulate game outcomes based on player behavior, deposit history, or session duration.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or network disconnection, jiji1 will investigate the relevant game session. Jiji1 reserves the right to void bets and refund wagers to a Player's account where a malfunction has demonstrably affected the outcome of a game. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. jiji1's determination on malfunction-related disputes is final and binding.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, odds, and bet acceptance are governed by jiji1's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. jiji1 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with its rules where events are cancelled, postponed, or result in circumstances outside normal sporting outcomes.

7Responsible Gaming Obligations

jiji1 takes its responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR licensing conditions seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Once reduced, limits cannot be increased for a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying you when you have been playing for 30, 60, or 120 minutes.
• Loss Limits: Weekly maximum loss thresholds, beyond which further wagering is suspended until the next calendar week.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Not reversible within the chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure with blocking of re-registration under the same identity documents. Mandatory under PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiji1 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or reporting to PAGCOR or law enforcement:

• Registering or using jiji1 if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise legally ineligible to participate in online gambling.
• Opening or operating more than one jiji1 account under any identity, including using a third party's identity.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, or using jiji1 to launder money or finance prohibited activities.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent the Platform's security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in a way that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Colluding with other players in table games or sports betting markets to influence outcomes or share information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that manipulates the outcome of sporting events on which jiji1 offers wagering markets.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jiji1 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access jiji1's back-end systems, databases, or administrative interfaces through unauthorized means.

9Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property appearing on the jiji1 Platform are the property of jiji1 or its licensed third-party suppliers (including JILI Games and other game providers). Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest, license, or right to use jiji1's intellectual property except as strictly necessary to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the jiji1 Platform without prior written consent from jiji1 or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorized use of jiji1's intellectual property may constitute an infringement actionable under Philippine intellectual property law.

10Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if jiji1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jiji1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiji1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiji1 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. jiji1 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, provided that open bets and balances are preserved and honored upon restoration of service.

11Privacy and Data Protection

jiji1 collects, uses, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jiji1.org/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

jiji1 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations. Data is used for account management, KYC and AML compliance, customer support, fraud prevention, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications.

jiji1 may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, or other competent Philippine government authorities as required by law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of jiji1's obligations under its Privacy Policy.

12Account Suspension and Termination

jiji1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jiji1 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility, prohibited conduct, or payment terms.
• You are under the age of 21 or otherwise ineligible to participate in online gambling under Philippine law.
• Your account activity is associated with fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal conduct.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Continuation of your account would expose jiji1 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is suspended or terminated for breach, jiji1 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Any balance cleared of wrongdoing will be returned to your registered payment account following completion of the investigation. Where funds are found to be connected to prohibited conduct, they may be forfeited and/or reported to relevant authorities.

Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) will be charged an administrative inactivity fee of ₱50 per month after a 30-day notice period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

13Disputes and Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your jiji1 account, game outcome, withdrawal, or other matter, you should contact jiji1 Customer Support in the first instance:

jiji1 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through jiji1's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as jiji1's licensing regulator. PAGCOR provides a dispute resolution mechanism for complaints against licensed operators, accessible at pagcor.ph.

14Amendments to These Terms

jiji1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights, financial terms, or eligibility requirements — jiji1 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice by email to your registered address and via a prominent notice on the Platform.

For minor amendments (typographical corrections, editorial clarifications, or additions required by regulatory update), jiji1 may amend these Terms without advance notice, updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure before the amendment's effective date. jiji1 will honor any verified balance in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time of your closure request.

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation Charter, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended.

Any legal proceedings arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
